Refunds and Cancellations Policy

1. INTRODUCTION

CLEAR Hub (clear-hub.com) believes it is fair and just to provide refunds to our esteemed Co-working community. As such, we have devised certain terms and conditions that govern Refund and Cancellation related processes. 

 
2. REFUNDS POLICY
FULL* REFUND WITHIN 24 HOURS

Anyone who successfully paid for a booking is given twenty-four (24) hours right after payment to file for a refund to avail of a FULL REFUND *minus a one percent (1%) processing fee. 

FIFTY PERCENT REFUND AFTER 24 HOURS UP TO 3 DAYS

Anyone who files for a refund after the first twenty four hours of payment AND up to three (3) days from the date of payment may qualify for a Fifty Percent (50%) refund.

NO REFUNDS AFTER 3 DAYS FROM DATE OF PAYMENT

Our commitment to provide excellent services goes along with certain standards to help facilitate fairness that goes both ways. As such, we have set a NO REFUND POLICY for anyone who tries to claim after the three (3) days have elapsed.

3. CANCELLATIONS POLICY
FOR DAILY  SUBSCRIBERS

Anyone who successfully paid for DAILY SUBSCRIPTIONS may opt to discontinue at any time and refunded TWENTY PERCENT (25%) OF THE REMAINING DAY CREDITS for the active month during the time of cancellation. This is to compensate CLEAR HUB for the possible losses in opportunity at short notice. If, for example, you booked on April 10 for a whole day (9 AM to 11 PM) and decided to unsubscribe on by 12 NOON (which totals 3 hours of work, you will still be able to get a 25% refund of the total cost for the remaining 11 hours. This is to compensate for the possible loss of opportunities when processing the refund at a very short notice.

FOR MONTHLY SUBSCRIBERS

Anyone who successfully paid for MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS may opt to discontinue at any time and refunded SIXTY PERCENT (60%) OF THE REMAINING DAY CREDITS for the active month during the time of cancellation. This is to compensate CLEAR HUB for the possible losses in opportunity at short notice.

If, for example, you booked from March 1 to 30 and decided to unsubscribe on March 5, Forty Percent (40%) of the cost for the remaining 25 days will be deducted when the refund gets processed.
